By placing an order with us or accepting delivery of one of our products, you accept these terms and conditions. To make a purchase on the website, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, consent from a guardian is required according to the Swedish Parental Code.
When you shop on the website, you accept the current terms and conditions. This means that you are bound by these terms and conditions as they were written at the time of purchase. In cases where the terms are updated, the old version of psoriasishjalpen.se is archived to ensure correct version management. 2. PRODUCTS
2.1 All products sold on the Site must be used in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines provided with them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order do not contain any substance or ingredient to which you are allergic.
2.2 All products provided through the website, including any samples, are for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to replace, discontinue or modify any products that we offer for sale or as part of a collection, without prior notice to you as a customer.
3. ORDER, PRICE AND PAYMENT
Price
3.1 All prices on the website are stated in SEK and include VAT. A shipping fee may apply but will be reported before completing the order.
Ordering
3.2 When ordering on the website, you add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Then you proceed to checkout by clicking on "Go to checkout" in the main menu. In checkout, you select the delivery address, delivery method and finally payment method. If you have received a discount code that you want to use, you also enter this in checkout. In order for your purchase to be completed, you must have read and accepted these general terms and conditions and our privacy policy. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all information that has been filled in by you is correct. Before you complete the purchase by clicking on "Pay now", we recommend that you double-check that the information provided is correct. After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation via email.
Payment
3.3 We offer you as a customer a number of different options for paying for our products. Payment is made directly in connection with the order and is handled via our partners a) Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”), b) Google Ireland Limited (“Google Pay”), c) Shopify International Limited (“Shop Pay”) or via d) Getswish AB (“Swish”). Each payment for one of our products is completed through the payment service provided by these partners. When using these payment services, the respective provider’s terms and conditions in force at any time apply. Card payment
3.3.1 We offer you as a customer secure card payment with VISA, Maestro and Mastercard/Eurocard, Amex and UnionPay via our payment partner Shop Pay.
No card fees apply. No card details are stored with us.
Klarna
3.3.2 You pay easily and securely with us via Klarna Payments, which is offered by our payment partner Klarna.
When paying with Klarna, a credit check may be necessary, which is carried out by Klarna, and in connection with this you may need to provide your social security number. Klarna offers several different payment methods (Pay immediately, Pay later, Split your payment). Gift card
3.3.7 When shopping with a gift card, your gift code is entered under "discount code or gift card" at checkout.
Stock balance, changes, etc.
3.4 We strive to constantly have updated information about the stock balance and prices of our products.
However, after receiving your order and sending you an order confirmation, we may contact you to inform you that we cannot accept your order for the following reasons:
- a) The product is out of stock or no longer available, or
- b) There has been an error in the price or description of the product on the website.
If either (a) or (b) above applies, we will notify you by email. You will then be given the opportunity to accept the new terms and conditions of your order (for example, changed delivery time or adjusted price). Alternatively, you may choose to cancel the order and in such case we will not charge you for the product. If you (depending on the payment method chosen) have already paid for the product, we will refund the full amount to you as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days.
3.6 We do our utmost to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we process orders as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order on the website and received our order confirmation via email, this means that your order has started to be processed and that we have started our internal preparations to be able to ship your products. We therefore ask you to carefully check your order and make sure that all information is correct before completing your purchase. 4. DELIVERY
4.1 The delivery methods available to you depend on the delivery address provided.
4.2 Delivery costs may apply, which are presented before the order is processed at checkout.
4.3 Below you will find brief information about our shipping options within Sweden.
Sweden
PostNord Home Delivery (59 SEK)
The vast majority of orders placed on our website are shipped using this delivery method and from our warehouse in Sollefteå. Delivered within 2-3 working days to your home address. Free shipping on orders over 1,000 SEK.
PostNord agent (59 SEK)
For larger orders, the package will be delivered to your delivery location. You will receive a notification to the phone number or email address you provided at checkout. Reminders will be sent via email or text message. When picking up, you must present your shipment ID and valid identification. The shipment must be picked up within 7 days of the first notification. After that, the shipment will be sent back from the delivery location and you, as the customer, will be charged a return shipping fee.
4.5 We are responsible for your order until you have physically received it. If you can see visible transport damage to the packaging or product at the time of delivery, or if the delivery does not correspond to the information in your order confirmation, you are asked to notify us by email as soon as possible. We will then investigate the situation further and in the event of an incorrect delivery, we will ensure that the correct product is sent or the amount is refunded, depending on what is agreed and possible. Any return shipping and/or delivery costs for a new item are not paid by the customer in this case.
4.6 If a delivery is not collected/received by you as a customer, it will be returned to us automatically. In the event of an automatic return, the customer will be refunded for the entire order, including any shipping costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping method available at the time of ordering. If you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered, the difference will not be refunded. There will be a fee of SEK 200 for return shipping and other costs in connection with an automatic return. This fee will be deducted in the first place from the amount that is refunded and, if this is not possible, invoiced.
4.7 Our UVB lamps (not Philips replacement lamp) are shipped directly from our supplier outside the EU. Delivery time is normally 7-10 working days from the time the order has been processed. Delivery is usually made with PostNord, but delays may occur due to import procedures. Accounting for import VAT is the buyer's responsibility, as Psoriasishjälpen.se acts as an intermediary between the supplier and the end customer.
Psoriasishjälpen.se only acts as an intermediary for the UVB lamps, which means that the responsibility for paying VAT upon import lies with the recipient. VAT varies depending on the value of the goods and can amount to between SEK 100 and SEK 550.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
5.1 We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases on the website. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order or, in the case of a split delivery, the last part of your order. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can either return the order within the withdrawal period or notify us in writing that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
- Goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, in-ear headphones, cosmetic products and hygiene items (e.g. creams, heating pads, foot baths and similar products).
- Used or damaged products.
- Goods that can deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life, such as food or medicines.
5.3 If you wish to cancel your purchase and exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing within the withdrawal period.
If you wish to make a return, the cost of the return is the current shipping cost, which varies depending on the size of the package and shipping method. Normally between 59 SEK - 189 SEK within Sweden and 14 Euro within Europe. For information about return costs for returns made outside Europe, please contact our customer service.
- b) Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. We always assess the returned goods - if the product is broken, scratched, used or delayed, this will affect the refund.
5.4 In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them. The goods must be handled with care and only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. If the Product is handled in excess of what is permitted or if any part of the goods is missing, you are responsible for the reduced value of the Product and psoriasishjalpen.se reserves the right to make a deduction for the reduction in value when making the refund. In order to receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning, they must be returned in their original condition, and look as they did when you received them. All barcode labels must remain on the products and bags as our warehouse scans everything using handheld computers and therefore cannot accept products that lack a barcode. All protective plastic must remain on and the product must be returned in its box. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. (i.e. in its zip bag with barcode, silk bag and box).
5.6 The refund will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the purchase, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Please note that we do not refund any returns directly in store. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that we have received the return or proof that the return has been sent. If you have cancelled your entire order, we will refund the value of the order, minus any shipping costs.
5.7 We do not currently offer the option to make any product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will be asked to return the ordered product and place a new order for the desired product.
5.8 Please note that we do not offer open purchases or exchanges on special orders, gift cards and orders paid for with gift cards.
6. COMPLAINT
Warranty and complaints
Some of the Seller's goods may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each product can be found on psoriasishjalpen.se or in these Terms and Conditions. The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a personal change to the function and appearance of the product, such as conversion, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's order confirmation serves as proof of warranty. psoriasishjalpen.se can be helpful and guarantor in warranty matters against partners outside the EU. The right of complaint covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim a defect in an ordered product must contact psoriasishjalpen.se as soon as possible after the defect is discovered via the contact details provided on psoriasishjalpen.se. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in good time. When the product complained about has been returned and the complaint has been approved, psoriasishjalpen.se will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The seller strives for this to happen within 14 days of psoriasishjalpen.se receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. Psoriasishjalpen.se reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the goods are not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The information is protected by marketing and intellectual property laws, which means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, etc. may not be copied or otherwise used without written permission from psoriasishjalpen.se.
Printing or other copying of the material is permitted for your own, private, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, save or otherwise reproduce, process, modify, transfer, assign, otherwise utilize or exploit the material or parts thereof without the prior written permission of psoriasishjalpen.se.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be posted online on the website. The changed terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted upon placing an order. Any changes will apply to all orders placed after the change has been made.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and us, and this cannot be resolved, it will be heard in the court that follows from mandatory legislation.
