Question: I have questions about a product. What should I do?
Answer: Contact us via e-mail at info@psoriasishjalpen.se or call us on weekdays between 8-11 on 0620-14110. You can also use our contact form.

Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: The shipping cost is SEK 59 within Sweden and SEK 99 to Finland. For orders over SEK 1,000, we offer shipping within Sweden.

Question: Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: If your order has not yet been sent, contact us at info@psoriasishjalpen.se and we will help you with changes or cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

Question: How do I track my order?
Answer: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow the package via our supplier's website. Since we usually ship with PostNord, we recommend that you download their app for easy tracking.

Question: What do I do if I have received the wrong product?
Answer: If you have received a different product than the one you ordered, contact us at info@psoriasishjalpen.se. We will help you solve the problem and send the correct product free of charge.

Question: What happens if my package does not arrive?
Answer: If your delivery takes longer than promised, please contact us and we will investigate the matter and help you as soon as possible.

Question: How do you handle my personal data?
Answer: We comply with GDPR and handle your personal data securely. Your data is only used to process your order and improve the customer experience. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

Question: Can I order to an address other than my own?
Answer: Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at checkout if you want the package to be sent to, for example, a workplace or a friend.

Question: Do you have any special offers?
Answer: We regularly have promotions and offers. Sign up for our newsletter to receive information about current discounts and promotions directly in your inbox.

Question: How long is open purchase valid?
Answer: We offer 14 days open purchase from the day you receive the product, provided it is in original condition and unused. Contact us for return instructions.
