I have questions about a product. What should I do?

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is 59 SEK within Sweden and 99 SEK to Finland. For orders over 499 SEK, shipping is free within Sweden.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@psoriasishjalpen.se and we will help you. Once the order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We usually ship with PostNord, and their app can make tracking easier.
What do I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us at info@psoriasishjalpen.se . We will send the correct product free of charge.
What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
If delivery takes longer than promised, contact us and we will investigate the matter and help you further.
How do you handle my personal data?
We comply with GDPR and handle your data securely. It is used to process your order and improve the customer experience. Read more in our privacy policy.
Can I order to an address other than my own?
Yes, at checkout you can enter an alternative delivery address, such as a workplace or a friend's.
Do you have any special offers?
We regularly have promotions and offers. Please sign up for our newsletter to get the latest news directly in your inbox.
How long is the open purchase valid for?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the product, provided it is in its original condition and unused. Contact us for return processing.
