Det är denna exakta våglängd som rekommenderas av läkemedelsverket för behandling av psoriasis och som används av dermatologer och läkare vid behandling av psoriasis. Om du inte har tid eller möjlighet att genomgå dessa behandlingar på en klinik kan du använda denna lampa hemma.
För optimalt resultat rekommenderas 2-3 behandlingssessioner per vecka under 8-10 veckor. Undvik överexponering, och anpassa behandlingstiden efter din hudtyp, alltid börjande med den lägsta doseringen. Lampan är försedd med timer och en enkel LCD-skärm. Strålningsvärdet är 7 mw/cm2. Observera att användning av salicylsyra utvärtes minskar effekten av UV-behandling, och bör därför inte kombineras.
