Chaga, also called the "gift of the gods" and the "mushroom of immortality," is an antioxidant-rich mushroom that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine in Siberia, China and Japan. Its mild, vanilla-like flavor makes it easy to use in both tea and food.

Use:
